The UK is (also) for vegetarians
Only someone who hasn't been to London for many years can continue to claim that people in England (still) eat badly. It's true that there are places where the food is still of dubious quality, but there are more and more restaurants of reference, whether run by renowned chefs or small neighbourhood businesses. In other words, they are available to all wallets, all tastes and all types of clientele. However, Stylist Magazine didn't focus on luxury restaurants. Quite the opposite, in fact. This British women's magazine went in search of the best vegetarian restaurants in the UK and compiled a list of the thirty best in the area.
More and more people are giving in to the vegetarian ideal
Vegetarians are well aware that it's not always easy to find the ideal restaurant. The world of gastronomy is dominated by carnivores and fish lovers, but this is an increasingly popular, surprising and innovative branch of cuisine. To help you enjoy the best of vegetarian cuisine in the British Isles, here are five must-try restaurants in the English capital. You won't even miss the animal protein.
